Dra. Ana Olga Gomes Fernandes – Digestive system surgeon.

Dra. Ana Olga often gets emotional when talking about her patients. She decided to be a doctor at the age of seven, even though she had no relatives trained in medicine.

Her motto is ‘fight for life, treat, support and if possible, cure, without ever giving up’. Dra. Ana is in love with her dog Fox, a German Spitz. She loves to cook and tend to the plants, vegetable garden and orchard she has at home.

In addition to being a doctor, she is also trained in piano and used to do oil painting on canvas.
