Dr. Marco Demange: Orthopedic surgery

Dr. Demange is the eternal scholar type. He is highly recognized in the medical community. Recently, he was chosen to command the implantation and use of an unprecedented robot in orthopedic surgeries in Brazil. In addition to being extremely dedicated to his patients, he enjoys academic life and works as a professor of Medicine at USP (Universidade de São Paulo) and at the Hospital das Clínicas.

Besides being a doctor, he holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculdade do Largo de São Francisco. On this day, he knew his wife, as he has been married for 12 years and has two children.

Recently, he started to play golf. He found himself in this sport — which requires a great deal of skill and “mindfulness” — and in his opinion it seems very much like a surgical act.
